Scott has been in the business of making great restaraunts for a while now. A little while back, Scott opened a little restaurant chain you might have heard of called Original Joe's. It did quite well. Since then, scott's moved on to newer things, keeping things a little more personal and close to heart. That's why you can find Scott mulling around Crush, or his new restaurant Fergus & Bix, continuing to direct the creativity of some of Calgary’s favorite restaurants. If he's not, chances are you'll find him on the trails around town training again for the Canadian Ironman. |
